Open Space Forum on Freedom Day

You are invited to an Open Space Forum on Freedom Day. We aim to provide a safe space for all who live in Cape Town to come and listen and share on issues that face our city, nation and globe. We hope this will be the first of many.

Here are the details of the first Open Space Forum:
Theme: Rhodes has fallen – what next? Issues of transformation and our response
Date: Monday 27 April (Freedom Day)
Time: 2.30-4.30 pm
Venue: The Warehouse, 12 Plantation Road, Wetton
Cost: Free (but donations are welcome)

A number of prominent Capetonians have generously agreed to contribute:

  • Africa Melane (radio presenter) will facilitate the panel and the discussion that follows. The panel will consist of:
  • Craig Stewart (CEO of the Warehouse Trust)
  • Xolisa Guzula (academic)
  • Rose-Anne Lawrence (educator with expertise in inclusion)

We would love to see you there. Please circulate as widely as possible to your networks and friends.
